Brigitta Toruño, Founder and CEO of UNO Translations and Communications, Elected to the George Mason University Women in Business Initiative
Lansdowne, Virginia (September 5, 2017) – UNO Translations and Communications is pleased to announce that George Mason University has elected Brigitta Toruño the UNO Founder and CEO, to the GMU Women in Business Initiative (WIBI).
The Women in Business Initiative provides a platform of engagement for George Mason’s current business school students, alumni and business women from a variety of industries. WIBI aims to promote the excellence in and achievements of School of Business alumnae and the business community and to enhance the experience for George Mason business students while strengthening their network and providing greater employment prospects. Languages and cultural communication are a long time passion of Brigitta Toruño. She has made it her mission throughout life to break down language barriers wherever possible and she certainly enjoys working with organizations and throughout the community to do the same.
