As we walk the path of the pandemic unfolding in front of us, I offer you another meditation – in hopes that it can be a possible source of calm and peace.
This is a loving kindness meditation – also known as a metta practice. I integrated this meditation into my daily practice about 4 years ago when I learned it at a retreat.
