Brigitta S. Toruño
I am Brigitta Toruno and I am the founder and president of UNO Translations and Communications. In 1998, I started UNO based on a simple principle – language should never be a barrier to ensuring success.
For me, translation is a passion, it’s a humanitarian service.

Guillermo Toruño, Sr.
Originally from Nicaragua, a naturalized U.S. citizen, and very satisfied to live in this country. Today I have the opportunity of, in some ways, helping Hispanics in this country that for now do not understand and cannot communicate in English.
For me, translation is being able to identify with people that speak my same native language and helping them understand the meaning of different topics.

Guillermo Toruño, Jr.
I grew up in a bilingual home and this has helped me understand the importance of effective communication. I look forward to carrying on my parent’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for language.
For me, translation is essential to life – a basic concept that has proven itself invaluable since time immemorial.
